In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms have the meanings set out below:

• "pkk365", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkk365 platform and its operating entity, which holds an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the pkk365 platform for any purpose, including browsing, account registration, or placing bets and playing games.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon successful registration on the pkk365 platform, through which all platform services are accessed.
• "Platform" means the pkk365 website accessible at pkk365.pro, together with all related games, betting markets, account management tools, and payment facilities.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the exclusive currency of all monetary transactions on the pkk365 platform.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a player on a sporting event or other outcome through the sports betting section of the pkk365 platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot game, live dealer game, or fishing game made available through the pkk365 platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, deposit match amounts, or other incentive balances credited to a player's account under an active pkk365 promotion.

By creating an account on the pkk365 platform, or by accessing the platform in any capacity, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pkk365 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the pkk365 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes ongoing acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register for and use the pkk365 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which you hold a pkk365 account:

• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming and/or sports betting is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction of residence permits participation on pkk365 before registering.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through the pkk365 Responsible Gaming tools or through any third-party problem gambling organisation.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. pkk365 reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time. Provision of false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Each player may hold one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by matching CNIC, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifying data — constitute a violation of these Terms. pkk365 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void all associated balances and transactions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkk365 account credentials, including your password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. pkk365 will never ask you for your password — any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pkk365 support immediately.

You must notify pkk365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. pkk365 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use occurred prior to notification of the breach, unless the breach was caused by pkk365's own negligence.

pkk365 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and applies automatic session timeouts to inactive accounts. These security measures are supplementary to — not a substitute for — your own obligation to keep your credentials secure.

All deposits and withdrawals on the pkk365 platform are transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkk365 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

• Minimum deposit: As published on the Deposit page within your account at the time of transaction. Minimums may vary by payment method.
• Deposit processing: Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the verified account holder's name. pkk365 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts in good standing are processed within the timeframes published in the account Withdrawal section. pkk365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus-related restrictions: Funds originating from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. See Clause 8.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed through the pkk365 platform, including cricket, football, UFC, and all other listed markets:

• A bet is confirmed when it has been accepted by the pkk365 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed but not confirmed due to connectivity failure or system error are not valid.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, subject to the application of any applicable "Price Boost" or "Best Odds Guaranteed" promotion active at the time.
• pkk365 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error — including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds, bets placed on suspended markets, or bets placed on events that have already concluded at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time, including during live play, without prior notice. pkk365 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension.
• Settlement of bets will be conducted in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. For PSL and other Pakistan Cricket Board events, PCB official results are the primary reference.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per player, as displayed at the time of bet placement. pkk365 reserves the right to reduce bet limits for individual players without prior notice.

All games available on the pkk365 Casino platform — including live dealer tables, slots, and fishing games — are governed by these Terms in addition to any game-specific rules published within each game interface.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers and are available within each game's information section. pkk365 does not alter the programmatic RTP of any game supplied by a third-party provider.

Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers operating from licensed studio environments. pkk365 is not responsible for technical failures originating at the game provider's studio level, though affected rounds will be treated in accordance with the provider's published void-game policy, which typically results in the return of the player's stake.

In the event of a disputed game round — whether due to a technical error, disconnection, or any other cause — the recorded data held by pkk365's gaming servers shall be the definitive record of the outcome. Players wishing to dispute a game outcome must submit a written complaint to pkk365 support within 30 days of the relevant round.

pkk365 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. pkk365 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion, including restricting offers to players from specific regions or on specific payment methods.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier and eligible game list for each bonus are published in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap where stated in the promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the cap will be removed from the withdrawal-eligible balance.
• pkk365 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already accepted and in active wagering progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, exploitation of system errors, use of matched betting strategies expressly prohibited by promotion terms, or any other conduct designed to extract value without assuming genuine gambling risk — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus and bonus-derived funds, and may result in permanent account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkk365 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same identity or using different identifying information.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way not available to standard human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the pkk365 platform or in any game offered on it. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Any conduct that pkk365 reasonably believes to be connected with match-fixing, insider information, or the corruption of any sporting event on which pkk365 offers betting markets.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the pkk365 platform — including but not limited to the pkk365 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and compilation of data — is the property of pkk365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkk365 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any pkk365 content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkk365 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the pkk365 platform, including during periods of scheduled maintenance or unplanned downtime.
• The outcome of any bet or game, which is inherently uncertain and involves risk of financial loss.
• Any unauthorised access to your account that was not caused by pkk365's own negligence.
• Any reliance on information published on the pkk365 platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkk365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pkk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pkk365 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to pkk365, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• The player has requested account closure under the self-exclusion provisions of Clause 13.

Upon account closure for cause, pkk365 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the player did not breach these Terms, any balance due will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method. If a breach is confirmed, pkk365 reserves the right to void and forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with the nature of the breach.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact pkk365 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Pending withdrawals will be honoured prior to closure where the account is in good standing.

pkk365 is committed to operating a sustainable gaming environment in which players can enjoy the platform within healthy limits. pkk365 provides the following tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Receive periodic notifications during active gaming sessions to keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend access to all gaming and betting functions for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Cool-off periods cannot be shortened once initiated.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account to all gaming and betting activity. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration selected (minimum 6 months; maximum permanent). pkk365 will not reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period has elapsed, regardless of subsequent requests.

pkk365 will not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy — which includes transfers to game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

pkk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkk365 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email notification or on-platform messaging prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pkk365 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact pkk365 support to arrange account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkk365 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkk365's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under pkk365's licensing framework.

Before escalating any dispute to the licensing authority, players must first submit a formal written complaint to pkk365 support and allow pkk365 a minimum of 30 days to respond. pkk365's internal complaints procedure is free of charge to the player.
